Why Glamp Haven?

Glamp Haven was founded by an adventurous family who cherishes the thrill of camping, but recognize it's a hobby that requires appropriate tools and knowledge to have this experience.

Enjoy your family without the work of planning and avoid wasting money and time on an experience that was subpar.


Glamp Haven offers glamping (overnight luxury accommodations) at your home in your driveway or in your back yard. We also know the best local campgrounds. Our mission is to craft enchanting, unforgettable experiences without the stress. We want to leave your guest wowed leaving no detail left behind.


Host your family on an epic family retreat, have a slumber party indoors, or spend a weekend in our outdoor bell tent. We have the supplies you bring us the dream.

  • What is Glamping?

    Glamping is camping with added comfort and amenities. It removes the hassle of traditional camping, allowing you to focus on creating memorable experiences.

  • What is a Glamper?

    A Glamper is a fully stocked camper equipped with everything you need, including towels, comfortable bedding, and kitchen supplies, offering a touch of luxury.

  • How do I reserve a Glamper (fancy camper)?

    Our campers range from 22-36 feet long


    • Determine the number of people or families you need to host.
    • Choose your location: Campground, your home, Airbnb, concert, race, field, etc.

    Glampers come with full bath accommodations, AC, and heat. Depending on the size, you may need up to 50 amps of power. A generator can be reserved if power isn’t available.



  • Can I book a site at your RV resort in Downtown Nashville?

    Yes, you can book any of our Glampers at our RV resort in Downtown Nashville. Enjoy amenities like swimming, fire pits, picnic tables, and proximity to Opry.

  • Can I rent a stationery Glamper?

    Yes, we offer glamping weekend packages in downtown Nashville, which include a campsite, fire ring, picnic table, pool, mini golf, cable TV, and Wi-Fi.

  • How many campers do you have?

    We currently have 2 campers listed and are working on adding more partners. We can host family reunions, provide matching t-shirts, and offer meal and activity plans.

  • Can I tow a camper and test it out before buying?

    Yes! We recommend trying it out. Our travel trailers are light and easy to tow, and we provide all necessary equipment.

  • What are the upfront costs?

    Depending on how far in advance you book, we can split your reservation into 3 payments. A deposit is required for each rental to ensure proper care. Otherwise, payment is 60% upfront and 40% at the event.

  • How can I host a Teepee Experience?

    • Choose the type of camping: indoors or outdoors
    • Indoor option: Individual teepee mattresses accommodate up to 500 lbs. Each teepee requires 4x6 sq ft.
    • Outdoor option: Bell Tent (sleeps 8-10) with heat and AC unit, but bathroom accommodations are needed. Ideal for groups, clubs, outdoor family nights, birthdays, and graduations.

    All supplies can be reserved, delivered, set up, and cleaned up. We offer a variety of add-ons to enhance your experience, whether you prefer to handle the details yourself or want us to take care of everything.


  • What is a teepee party?

    A teepee party allows you to host friends and family with their own teepee and bedding. The mattresses are larger than a full size and can hold up to 500 lbs. We offer three levels of luxury experiences: Do-it-yourself, Basic, and Platinum.

  • I don’t want to host at my home. Do you have a location?

    Yes, we have a charming location beside the Basement Market Place in Old Hickory, Tennessee. Our studio includes a kitchen area, bathroom, and ample space for a teepee experience. The rental rate is $75 per hour with a 3-hour minimum.

  • Do you host adult celebrations?

    Yes, we host events for adults, children, and families.

  • Will you decorate our Airbnb?

    Absolutely! We specialize in decorating for bachelorette parties, birthday parties, and more. We can travel to any location within a 50-mile radius.
